Lifeline WA’s mission is to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas which can be a barrier to people seeking help.
This leading non-profit organisation relies heavily on the support of generous, community-minded Western Australians to ensure they continue to offer its life-saving services.
A message from Lifeline WA CEO, Lorna MacGregor
More than 64,000 West Australians called Lifeline’s 13 11 14 telephone crisis support service in the past financial year and every call answered costs Lifeline WA $39.
Community fundraising events play an important role in raising awareness about mental health and providing vital funds to train volunteers and answer calls.
You can help us save a life by signing up to walk either a 5km or 10km around the gorgeous Swan River foreshore at the Rotary Walk for Lifeline WA on 10 March 2024.
