Do you have to register for the event, or can you turn up on the day?
Rotary Canning River inc is committed to running a COVID Safe event, so we are unable to accept registrations for the event on the day.
Can you run the course, or do you need to walk?
The Rotary Walk for Lifeline WA is mass participation walk for people of all levels. If you choose to run the course but please be mindful of other people.
Do you have to get people to sponsor you on the walk?
No, simply pay your entry fee and you are part of the event.
Will you have COVID safe measure in place for this event?
The Rotary Walk for Lifeline WA event will be run in line with all WA Health guidelines. These include pre-registration online only, social distancing and adherence to the highest possible hygiene standards.
Will there be water available at the event?
There will be bottled water available at stations around the Rotary Walk for Lifeline WA course to ensure everyone stays hydrated.
Can my pet walk with me?
Of course, yes! They must be on a lead and under control at all times. It is your responsibility to look after them and don’t forget to bring few disposable bags with you to pick up after them should they have had convenience stop 😊.
